Chrysopolitissa Church
Kyrenia
This small roofless ruin is Kyrenia’s oldest church, dating back to the 1500’s.
Built as a Latin church, it is located in the narrow back streets of Kyrenia Harbour.
Its most interesting architectural feature is the Gothic doorway on the north side. The Crucifixion of Jesus Christ is also depicted on the wall of the front entrance.
